How Long do Veneers Take?
South Florida Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Adam Barbag discusses how long it will take to order veneers at their Boca Raton and Coral Springs Cosmetic Dentist Office.
The veneers can generally be done within a few weeks. If we decide beforehand everything is good and everything is stable beforehand and it’s really just a cosmetic case, change the look, the shape, the color of the teeth. Veneers would generally be a two or three visit procedure.
Step one we’ll bring you in. We’ll prepare the teeth for the veneers and put temporaries on. At that point, the lab comes in. We use good, quality local labs. They will then make the porcelain veneers.
We’ll have you come back in about two weeks or later or so, put the veneers on, cement them in place making sure everything is okay.
I like to see the patient a week, a couple days later just to make sure all the shape contour of the bite and everything is just where … not even just satisfactory, where everything is perfect.
A full veneer case can take a few weeks, generally around two weeks.
