The best thing about Barbag Dental is we really care about our patients. Our staff, the front desk is always very, very warm and friendly to our patients. My assistants are great. They always try to make … they ask them how they’re doing, make sure they’re feeling okay, make sure they understand what’s going on.
One of the things that really makes my practice stand out from others is I really like to explain everything to my patients. I don’t want to have them come in, come out, have them be finished with their work and be out of there.
I really like to explain what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, how long it’s going to take, ask them how everything was going in the middle of a procedure just to make sure they’re comfortable, they understand what they’re doing, and they understand where they’re going. Really they can see the start, the finish, and the whole process through and understand everything.
We also like to make sure that patients feel at home. We don’t want to have them feel like we’re working a factory here. We want to have them feel like they’re being cared for
